Classification;

Both our salted and sulphured sun-dried tomatoes are made from fresh tomatoes harvested at the peak of their ripeness. The tomatoes are then dried under the Aegean sun, supervised continuously by our experienced quality control team. They are processed in our factory with a special dipping system that gives uniformity and consistency in quality.

Salted Sundried tomatoes:

– Regular Dry: Moisture 18-23%, Salt 6-8%,

The fresh tomatoes need a drying process which takes between 5-7 days with salt. And then they are washed, cleaned and selected in our factory.

– RTE (Ready To Eat): Moisture 35-40%, Salt 4-6%,

Regular Sun-Dried Tomato Wholesale are taken into the process in our factory and they have become R(ready) T(to) E(eat). These tomatoes are mainly used in restaurants, hotels etc. No need to cook. They are served with salads, pizzas, pastas (with sauce) or can be sub-product for the other industrial processes.
